ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. In order to forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it transpired that the petitioner has given a complaint against the fifth respondent while the fifth respondent given an earlier complaint against the petitioner. I direct the second respondent to enquire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

both the complaints and conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. The petitioner as well as the fifth respondent are directed to co-operate with the said enquiry. It is open to the second respondent to close that complaint which appears too be purely civil in nature. If either of the complaint or both the complaints make out commission of cognizable offence, FIRs can be registered accordingly. But then, the accused concerned will have to be put an notice so that they will have breathing time to move the concerned court for anticipatory bail.

3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
