ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Court, Usilampatti to dispose the suit in O.S.No.212/2021 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is the second plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.212 of 2021. The petitioner and the respondents 1 & 2 filed the said suit for partition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner for partition is pending for the past four years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.212 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. 2/4
