This petition has been filed to complete the trial in C.C.No.286 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sirvaikuntam as expeditiously as possible. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sirvaikuntam, has taken cognizance of the offence in the year 2018, and there is no progress in the trial. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for a direction to expedite and dispose of the case in C.C.No.286 of 2018. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that now the matter is posted for framing of charges on 28.08.2019 and thereafter, the trial will commence.

2 Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11768 of 2019 4.Considering the fact that the matter is posted for framing of charges, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to framing charges, thereafter, proceed with the trial, as expeditiously as possible.
