ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to exercise u/s. 5-A of Tamil Nadu Protection 1/4
of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 and to compound the offences as against the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025.
2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the order passed by this Court dated 09.01.2023 in W.P(MD)No.570 of 2023.
3. This Court without expressing any opinion on the issue raised by the petitioner directing the respondent to consider and pass an order under Section 5-A of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
