Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the revision petition dated 1.8.2016 filed by the petitioner which is pending before the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to conclude the revision petition dated 1.8.2016, filed by the Petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.It is seen that in respect of patta proceedings, a revision petition is filed before the first respondent and the said revision is stated to be still pending.

5.Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the revision of the Petitioner, dated 1.8.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the Petitioner as well as the contesting respondents, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
