ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 353, 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 198 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint stating that while surveying the land, the petitioner entered into a wordy quarrel with him. Hence, the case.

3.The petitioner has circulated a apology letter. 4.Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner circulated apology letter, according to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is involved in similar cases on the previous occasion also. He has circulated the list of previous cases. One among which is Crime No.336 of 2022 under Section 294(b), 506(ii) IPC. The another one is for petty offence.
