ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 4109 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD).No.261 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026.

2. When this Court suspending the sentence, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner will appear before the Trial Court every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition except for 16 days, wherein, he filed a petition under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. seeking to dispense with the appearance.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner / 2/3

appellant is directed to appear before the trial Court during the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the criminal appeal.
