When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the parties have entered compromise between themselves.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the respondent police conducted an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and closed it and no further action was taken.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. 12.12.2022 PJL 2/4
