Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P (MD) No. 7932 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 4896 of 2022 dated 28.03.2022 in Crime No. 2 of 2022 on the file of this Honble court.

To pass an order relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P (MD) No. 7930 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022 in Crl O.P (MD) no. 4897 of 2022 dated 28.03.2022 in Crime No. 1 of 2022 on the file of this Honble court.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.7932, 7930 and 7853 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.4896, 4897 and 4900 of 2022 on 14.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.7932, 7930 and 7853 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.4896, 4897 and 4900 of 2022 on 14.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in three months ie., on the 1st working day of every three months, at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
