ORDER
The petitioner, who is A1 in Cr.No.591 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police, has filed this petition to quash the said proceedings.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case in Cr.No.591 of 2024 came to be registered alleging that the accused persons were found in illegal possession of lotteries, however, there is no recovery from the petitioner herein.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent disputes the above said submission and submits that the investigation in Cr.No.591 of 2024 has been completed and they are going to file the final report in two days.
4.Since it is reported that the investigation has been completed, this criminal original petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of 2/4
one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law.
