ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of MANDAMUS, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to issue certified Copy of the 4th Respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa6-6188-2012, dated 25.05.2012 and Na.Ka.Aa6-6198-2012, dated 08.06.2012, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.05.2025, within stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted if the photocopy of the said order is submitted, the same will be verified and the certified copy will be issued. The officer M/s.Poongothai is present before this Court. The above said submission is recorded. 3.Therefore, the petitioner shall submit the photocopy of the proceedings and the respondents shall verify the same and issue the certified copy. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. 2/4
