ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents herein to survey the property situated in Survey No.653/3E3, with an extent of 0.0.50 Ares, Ponnamaravathi West Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering her application dated 20.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Gangai Amaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was assigned in favour of the her husband by the Special Tahsildar (Natham Land Records) by an order dated 12.10.1995. Thereafter, he had put up a house and resided thereon. The petitioner's husband died on 11.05.2009, leaving behind the petitioner and four children. Therefore, the petitioner is one of the co-owners of the property. On the strength of the same, the petitioner submitted an online application on 20.02.2025 in Application
No.2025/N123/22/006978, seeking survey of the said property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 20.02.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
