ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned property stood in the name of Velammal. Velammal was blessed with five children. Velammal is now no more. The petitioner is one of the daughters. The petitioner has given a representation before the Tahsildar, Kadalady Taluk for effecting mutation of patta. 3.The Tahsildar, Kadalady Taluk is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will issue notice to the interested persons including the petitioner's siblings before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
