This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2022 from the file of the 2nd respondent police to the file of any other Superior Officer not below the Rank of Inspector of Police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2022 was conducted by the second respondent police and now it is pending.

3.A perusal of records shows that, since the case has been registered only on 27.05.2022, I find no reason to transfer the investigation from the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other agency. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
