PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 6 to remove the illegal constructions made by the seventh respondent in their buildings constructed in residential area in Survey No.1070/3 I - in an extent of 184.7 sq.meter in Sivalarkulam Village, Nallur Post, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District and unauthorized structures constructed without permission within the time stipulated by this Court.
