Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent. None appears for respondents 1 and 2.
2. Though in normal circumstances, this writ petition may have to be allowed, I am unable to do so because the cause of action arose outside the territorial limits of the Madurai Bench. It is true that the petitioner is residing in Tuticorin, but the residence of the petitioner cannot determine the jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner has to necessarily file a writ petition before the Principal Seat.
3. This Writ Petition is dismissed only on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. The petitioner is at liberty to move the Principal Seat.
4. Leaving open the right of the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
