O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to 1st respondent to disburse compensation amount of Rs.29,72,225/- pertaining to the acquisition of lands for No. 209, National Highway, found in Survey No. 67/3, 67/4A2 and 67/4B situated at Chathirapatti Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the compromise statement given by the petitioner herein dated 12.01.2022 before the 2nd respondent herein.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the private respondent. 3.The petitioner and others have compromised the dispute amongst themselves. However, the compensation amount has not been disbursed 2/5
to them till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The quantified amount of compensation of Rs.29,72,225/- is not in dispute. The only dispute is with regard to the share of the compensation amongst the petitioner and others, who are entitled to the compensation. The said settlement amongst all the interested parties/claimants of compensation can as well be settled by approaching the first respondent. In the event of parties approaching the first respondent, the said quantum of compensation of Rs.29,72,225/- shall be disbursed to the parties in accordance with their settlement/compromise. Needless to say, the said settlement shall be enquired into and disbursed.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
