ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 128 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No. 128/2021 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 abd 506(2) IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.68 of 2022. Further, he submitted that after investigation, the petitioner's name was deleted by the respondent police and now, he is not cited as an accused person in the final report, which has been filed in this regard. 2/4
