Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims that for the road works done by him, he is yet to be paid. The respondent through the learned Special Government Pleader informs this Court that the bill amount will be paid within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- will be paid within a period of one month.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
