Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.33723/N3/2016, dated 17.11.2016 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to release the original registered sale deed in Document No.2344/2014, dated 25.09.2014.
