ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the Petitioner's name in respect of the property measuring an extent of 448.0625 sq.ft in Natham Survey No.999/3, 8th Street, Ilaivaniyarkudi Muddukku Street, Ward No.3, New Ward No.6, Puliyangudi Town, Chinthamani Village, Tirunelveli District, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2016.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The grievance of the Petitioner is that the above said representation submitted by the Petitioner to issue patta in her name in respect of the property measuring an extent of 448.0625 sq.ft in Natham Survey No.999/3, 8th Street, Ilaivaniyarkudi Muddukku Street, Ward No.3, New Ward No.6, Puliyangudi Town, Chinthamani Village, Tirunelveli District, has not been considered so far.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 30.11.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
