ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent herein to take action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2026 accordance with law.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already at the instance of one Satheesan, son of Kesavan, a first information report in Crime No.210 of 2026 has been registered on 07.05.2026 as against the petitioner.

3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. It is interesting to see that the petitioner's complaint has not been considered, but that of the rival party has been considered. However, a first information report has been registered as against the petitioner and 9 others at the instance of one Satheesan. In this regard, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2026, put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under 2/4

Section 64 BNSS and conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
