This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to correct the mistake in recording the entry relating to the petitioner's property in Survey No. 139/2R, Patta No. 719, situated at Theeyanur Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by classifying it as Ryotwari Punjai and by mentioning the pattadhar names as S. Ganesan, S. Muruganandham, and S. Mani in the official portal known as 'Tamil Nilam', in the light of the report submitted by the second respondent vide her proceedings in Moo.Mu.A5/1610/2024 dated 19.06.2024, forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the entry relating to the petitioner's property in the aforesaid property has already been rectified by correctly mentioning the pattadhar names and he also produced a document to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
