PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 22.07.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 279, 336, 379 IPC and Section 113(3), 114, 115 r/w. 194(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, Section 132 r/w. 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act and Section 21(1)(4) of MMDR Act, in Crime No.75 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 27.07.2022, the petitioner was found in illegal transporting of overloaded P.Sand in the vehicle and further he was transported the same without any valid permit. Hence, the case.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.14456 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation of the case is pending.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 11/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / 11/08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
