Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3124 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.17 of 2020, dated 05.06.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation.
