To allow the appeal and set aside the judgment and conviction order passed by the trial court under section 498(A) of IPC, 304-B of IPC in Sessions Case No.254 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram Madurai and discharge the appellants 1 to 4 from the charges under sections 498(A) of IPC, 304-B of IPC and set aside the appellants 1 to 4 at liberty. Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3124 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.17 of 2020, dated 05.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation.
