When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed. He has also furnished a copy of the said closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 12.12.2022 PJL 2/4
