ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents pointed out that W.P(MD)No.2885 of 2024 has been filed in respect of the very same temple by another individual. The said writ petition was disposed of by me in the following terms:

"3.Be that as it may, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner can also offer his worship along with others. But on the particular date (Maasi Kallarai and Thai Festival) to be held from 07.03.2024 to 09.03.2024, the petitioner cannot enter what is known as "Karuvarai". On other days, the petitioner can enter even "Karuvarai" and offer his worship. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to establish his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court.

4. With this liberty to writ petitioner and recording the stand of the private respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs." At present, Aadi festival is being conducted. It is stated that the petitioner cannot enter what is known as "Karuvarai" but he can participate like any other devotee.

3.This submission of the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents is placed on record. If the petitioner is still having grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to establish his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court.

4.With this liberty to the petitioner and recording the stand of the private respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
