ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Maharaja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Saravanakumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st & 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: This court directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 16.09.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9839 of 2020. The petitioner has sought for further extension of time of two weeks.
