O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2016 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the vehicle insurance claim for the service of the petitioner's Innavo vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-46-S-2869 from his Insurance Policy No.0902823116P105125982 dated 19.07.2016 on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities for appropriate relief and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs.
