ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(d) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.9980 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Hence, he prays for modify the said conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition as imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason stated by the petitioner is justified, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9980 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025, as follows:- ''6(d) the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Chinnalapatti Police Station, Dindigul District, twice in a week ie., on 2/4

Every Tuesday and Friday at 09.00 a.m., until further orders.''
