2.The writ petitioner had already filed O.S.No.93 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Manapparai. The respondents herein are very much figuring as defendants in the suit. The suit schedule and the petition mentioned land are one and the same. The petitioner has to necessarily pursue the suit remedy.

3.The learned Sub Judge, Manapparai is directed to dispose of O.S.No.93 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the suit. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
