O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.71 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti. The case was posted for appearance on 01.09.2023.

3.The same is recorded. Since the very purpose of filing this petition has already been served, on account of the completion of the investigation, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if he advised to do so.
