2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.112 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai against the respondent seeking for specific performance and in the suit, he filed I.A.No.2 of 2025 for not to alienate the property. In the I.A., the learned Judge has ordered notice to the respondent and adjourned the matter on 03.09.2025. Challenging the docket order, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
4. Though the petitioner has come forward with a larger prayer, it is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned Sub Judge, Devakottai to dispose the I.A.No.2 of 2025.
5. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose I.A.No.2 of 2025, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
