By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 10.10.2018, as against the imposition of punishment of dismissal from service by the Correspondent of the School vide proceedings in PPM/C/Sc/107/2018 dated 07.07.2018 and re-joinder, dated 11.04.2022.

3.Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time. 4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 10.10.2018 and the re-joinder, dated 11.04.2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
