ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithalai to expedite the trial in I.A.No.6 of 2025 in O.S.No.139 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the plaintiffs, who instituted the suit in OS No.139/2023 for permanent injunction. Pending suit, the petitioners filed IA No.6 of 2025 to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit property with the help of Surveyor to locate the suit properties and its features. However, since the said petition is pending, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to dispose of IA No.6/2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
