For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in Crime No. 224/2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.224 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case was registered as against four accused initially in which, the petitioners are arrayed as A2 to A4. On investigation, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

revealed that the petitioners did not involve in any crime as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, the petitioners' name are deleted from FIR vide the alteration report dated 22.11.2019. 4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
