ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.3731 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated 04.07.2023 and modify the order in Cr.M.P.No.3309 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023. In which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m for a period of one month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition till 01.07.2023. The petitioner is resident of Chennai and has to attend deaf and dump mother and 100 years old grandfather, prays to modify the condition to appear before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Chennai.

3.Considering the nature of offence and reasons aforementioned, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.3731 of 2023, dated 04.07.2023 is hereby set aside and the condition No.6(B)(2) imposed in Crl.MP.No.3309/2023, dated 20.06.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, is hereby modified to the effect that ● the petitioner shall appear before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Chennai City for a period of one month;
