ORDER
Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since there was a dispute among two groups in conducting the temple festival, pursuant to Mediation by the Jamindhar of that area, the festival was successfully conducted under his leadership without involving the two rivalry groups. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
