Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse the Education Loan to the petitioner's daughter namely P.Siva Ilakkiya towards admission fee, tuition fee, hostel fee, book fee, food etc., for completion of Medical Course for the Academic Year 2014-15 to 2019-20 forthwith.

ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus for a direction to the respondents to disburse the education loan to the petitioner's daughter namely P.Siva Elakkiya for admission fee and tuition fee etc., for her medical course for the Academic Year 2014-15 to 2019-20.

2.Though the petitioner has come out with the said prayer, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeking for educational loan to her daughter has sent a representation on 20.02.2016 to the respondents and if the same is decided and an order is passed, the petitioner would be satisfied. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents and with the consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4.In view of the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.02.2016 regarding sanctioning of educational loan to her daughter for her M.B.B.S course and pass orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
