ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12354 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.187 of 2024 dated 17.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

In view of the above, the condition No. 6(iii) imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. It is made clear that the other conditions remain intact.
