PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 16.07.2022 and 18.07.2022 and complete the enquiry within the time frame as fixed by this Court. This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 16.07.2022 and 18.07.2022 and complete the enquiry within the time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's earlier complaint, dated 02.06.2022, was enquired by the respondent police. On enquiry, it was found that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and one Balasubramani and further, the petitioner has received the cheques for a sum of Rs.9,44,508/-, Rs.5 lakhs and Rs.4 lakhs from the said Balasubramani. Hence, the respondent police advised the parties to approach the concerned Court for getting appropriate remedy and closed the said complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a subsequent complaint, dated 18.07.2022 with regard to threa made by the accused persons. Hence, he seeks direction. 2/4

4.In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
