Kasthuri Kamala Indrabai ...Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to unilateral cancellation of the both Gift Deeds dated 13.12.2005 registered as Document No.1755/2005 dated 13.12.2005 and Document No. 1756/2005 dated 13.12.2005 on the file of the 1st respondent Sub Registrar Office, Karivalamvanthanallur and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to remove the entries in respect of the impugned unilateral cancellation of both Gift Deeds dated 13.12.2005 registered as Document No.1755/2005 dated 13.12.2005 and Document No.1756/2005 dated 13.12.2005 on the file of the 1st respondent from the concerned Registers viz., Book No.1 of the 1st respondent within time frame may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the unilateral cancellation of the both Gift Deeds dated 13.12.2005 on the file of the 1st respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to remove the entries in respect of the impugned unilateral cancellation of both Gift Deeds dated 13.12.2005 from the concerned Registers viz., Book No.1 of the 1st respondent within time frame may be fixed by this Court.

2. The respondetns has already consider the issue and cancelled the gift deeds.

3. Therefore, the impugned gift deeds dated 13.12.2005 are hereby quashed. The 1st respondent is directed to remove the entry. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With these above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
