ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Though the petitioner had claimed larger relief, the learned counsel submits that he will be satisfied if the proceedings that are presently pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai District is ordered to be disposed of.

3. An additional typed set of papers has been filed. The petitioner along with his brother Shanmugasundaram has filed a petition before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai on 21.10.2022. The fourth respondent herein is figuring as the respondent in the said petition. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition on merits and in accordance with law 2/4

after due notice to the fourth respondent herein as well as the other interested persons if any and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
