This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to settle the medical reimbursement claim of Rs.2,00,000/-.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that the application submitted by the petitioner was considered and a sum of Rs.64,000/- has already been settled in favour of the petitioner.

3.This Court is of the considered opinion that if at all any grievance exists in respect of the quantum of amount settled, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority.

4.With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
