Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has given a representation for taking action against the private respondents herein i.e., respondents 4 to 8. Whether to take action against the employee or not is left to the discretion of the employer. It is not for this Court to issue any positive direction. Leaving it open to the discretion of the competent authority to take a call in the matter, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
