Prayer in WP(MD)No.6708 of 2019 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pursuant to the impugned rejection order, passed by the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No. 769/Aa1/2018 dated 13.08.2018 and consequential order passed in A.Thi.Mu.No.769/Aa4/2018, dated 24.08.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the fifth respondent to approve the petitioner's transfer from 02.06.2018 as a Headmaster at sixth respondent school and give all other service and monetary benefit.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for their wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.6708 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019.

Cont.P.(MD) No.1111 of 2019 considered and appropriate orders have been passed on 06.09.2019. 3.In view of the above, the disobedience alleged by the petitioner cannot be termed as wilful disobedience. However, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 06.09.2019, it is always open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law. 4.In view of such compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed with such liberty. No costs.
