ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.06.2002, for extending the present administrative committee of the said Darga and Pallivasal

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side. With their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.06.2022 and pass an order in accordance with law. If there is any rival claimant, notice shall be issued to the rival claimant as well and thereafter, pass an order.

4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No Costs.
