O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of CSR No.368 of 2023 from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent and consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry in respect of CSR No.368 of 2023 has already been completed and the representation has also been closed on 23.05.2023. 3.The same is recorded. Since the enquiry in respect of CSR No.368 of 2023 has already been closed, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
