O R D E R

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police that the private respondents 4 & 5 have created a sale agreement for the amount, which he has borrowed from them and filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on his complaint, dated 13.12.2024. 2.It appears that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5, over the property in S.No.939/3A, Sriramapuram Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. The respondent police cannot interfere in such matters and hence, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to act upon the complaint of this petitioner, dated 13.12.2024. The petitioner has to work out his remedy only before the civil court. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed 2/4

with liberty to this petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate civil Court. No costs.
