To set aside the decree and judgment passed dated 23.01.2019 made in A.S.No.56 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District confirming the judgment and decree dated 17.03.2016 in O.S.No.184 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.

CMP(MD) No.7768 of 2019 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 97 days in paying the deficit Court fee. Since the delay is only in paying deficit Court fee and that too based on some confusion with regard to amount to be paid as Court fee, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
